Star Ocean: Till the End of Time is the third main game in the Star Ocean video game series. The game was developed by tri-Ace and published by Square Enix for the PlayStation 2 console system. It was released in Japan, North America and the PAL territories. The original Japanese release date was 2003 and it was re-released in 2004 as a "Director's cut" version. The North American and European ports were based on the second Japanese version. The game takes place in Stardate 772 (2858 AD), over four hundred years after the first two Star Ocean games (which take place in SD 346 and SD 366 respectively).
