Star Trek Legacy is the working title of a game in development by Mad Doc Software, unofficially announced on January 13, 2006, for PC and XBox 360. The game, an RTS/action game, will be published by Bethesda Softworks.

This game will mark the re-birth of the Star Trek gaming franchise, after a long void with no Trek games, due largely to the Activision/Viacom lawsuit of 2005.
