Best Action/Fightijng Game

Just wondering what is the best Fighting /Action game on the newer game systems??? 
I liked Jet Li, Rise to honor and X2 Wolverine's Revenge.
I thought they both were excellent in terms of graphics, and engines.
though for consoles like the ps3, im not sure. Personally i havent ever played a ps3 but the lack of vibration makes me *** that the quality of the fighting games will not be as great as say, the ps2
The Super Smash Brothers games are also nice.
