What is this amazing tool called "Block" It seems to let me have the command to filter out unwanted persons I don't want to interact with. With just one press of a button, I can prevent them from IMing me.
What a technological age we live in.

Problem: As I said before, he WILL know I blocked him sooner or later, so he'll make new accounts just to invade my privacy.

Block him again and again. If he persists, turn on "only accept messages from those on my buddy list" for a while.
