Forum's Choice 1: Final Fantasy- Dead?

This has been a long standing topic on any Video Game website for the last year or two: Is Final Fantasy Dead? Well, as a new series on GameTrash, I'm going to ask our Forum members their opinion.

The official topic name is:
Do you think the Final Fantasy series is dead? Or is it just getting started?

Final Fantasy will always live long. Strangely, it's a living desperation attempt to save Square Enix.

In my opinion I think SquareSoft is in the middle of there l franchise... If Square Enix, continued their production and creation of Final Fantasy I would definately play them. But, from what I am seeing, Final Fantasy is getting old to others. My friends thinks its the same stuff over and over, just different characters. So its boring others, why its still pleasuring me. Depending on who you ask, being true FF lovers or just despising FF haters; Final Fantasy will never die in my little section that is reserved for FF in my heart.

But on the other hand I would mind seeing them throw out another Final Fantasy; I would buy it without hesitation. But as I stated before, Final Fantasy will never end. Ever. <3

FInal Fantasy is on the verge of death starting a year ago when they released the piece of crap in the final fantasy body called Final Fantasy X-2. They thought they were smart by bring back the Class system (Which I find very cool) and The first Sequel in the FF Universe. The storyline didn't make me interested. Funny how Spheres were these Blue balls with a ring around it in FF10 but in FF X-2...it becomes a red glowing orb. Basically Final Fantasy is not only running out of ideas and character designs but fans are walking out.

Final Fantasy has been awesome, aside from 10, which to be honest, was worse than getting my head hit by a large metal object repeatably.
Point of the story, FF will survive, and if it doesn't, then on the bright side, there won't be anymore failures like 10.
